If you purchased your order from our online store then you will be notified via email with a tracking number. If you purchased our product from another online marketplace then they will email you with tracking information.

We charge sales tax based on your billing zip code that is applicable to the state that you live in. 

You will not be charged until your order is processed. 

All orders placed will be ready to ship within two business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next two working business days. Orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive in 7-10 business days. 

We offer free ground shipping on all consumer orders over $50 shipping to the continental United States. We ship to residential and business addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APOs/ FPOs, or Freight Forwarding Facilities.
